Villa Manager and Concierge
Our villa manager and concierge, Monica, is our hospitality expert. She has many dedicated years to the hospitality industry, speaks 3 languages, and has an abundance of knowledge regarding the local area, the Dominican Republic and Casa Kimball.
Monica will be the first person that you will have contact with once you have reserved your luxury rental at Casa Kimball. She will assist you with all your pre-arrival arrangements that will include meal planning, special requests, events planning, activities and transportation, answering any questions you may have to plan for your luxury rental vacation.
Once you have settled into Casa Kimball, she is there as villa manager and overseer. Together with the villa’s English speaking guests services they are available to answer all your questions, assist you with the planning of your activities and organize spa services.
Villa Guest Services
Once you arrive at Casa Kimball your vacation of a lifetime will begin immediately! You will be warmly greeted by our gracious and friendly villa’s guest services.
They are focused on assisting you and your group with settling into Casa Kimball and assuring that your vacation begins as quickly as possible. As the villa manager, the guest services are villa staff members dedicated to all your villa needs.

These proficient and important members of the Casa Kimball staff are there to meticulously attend to all your accommodation and laundry details.
Chef and Sous Chefs
A top Chef and assisting sous chefs are there to prepare daily delectable and outstanding meals. The combination of extensive international experience, a passion for eclectic and fine cuisine and an abundance of wonderful local ingredients are certain to create a quality meal time experience for our guests. After all, meals are a crucial element to the enjoyment of your luxury vacation at Casa Kimball.
Bartender
Attending to all your beverage needs wherever you may be enjoying your moment, be it poolside, rooftop patio or in one of the villa’s many expansive living spaces, the villa bartender is there to serve you. What’s your pleasure?
Security
Casa Kimball is located in a gated community, our guests rely on comfort, discretion and safety therefore we employ a trained and capable security team.
Night watchmen are available for your peace of mind. In case any overnight emergency should arise they are there for your immediate assistance.
Property Maintenance Team and Maintenance Technicians
These full time members of staff are responsible for the detailed upkeep of the villa infrastructure, the pool and hot tub and the landscape. They are discreetly attending to any maintenance requirements, whether part of the daily schedule or unprompted, always assuring Casa Kimball has impeccable landscape and smooth operations.
