Minimal rental periods are 4 nights and the prices are based on double occupancy per room.
A 12% gratuity for our staff is additional to the rates.
All rates include access to all the features and amenities of the luxury villa rental and a full, dedicated staff with Villa Manager, English speaking guest services, Room and Laundry Attendants, Chef / Cook, Sous Chefs, Bartender, Property Maintenance Team, Maintenance Technicians and Security.

Meals are planned with the group prior to arrival to suit preferences, dietary needs or allergies.
The daily flat rate includes the shopping service, preparation and serving of 3 excellent daily meals by our personal Chef plus the cocktail hour snack service and all non alcohol beverages, fresh juices and bar mixers. We include a complimentary starter bar for the arrival as well.
EVERYTHING encompassing food and beverage service during your stay, including special requests and quality Imported produce. We also include service of our house Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Chardonnay with dinner.
All incidentals including alcohol, transportation, spa services and activities are billed appropriately and additionally.
