Program name and description

Casa Kimball Guest Messages. Casa Kimball sends transactional text messages to guests in connection with a reservation or at the guest's request: one-time sign-in links to view your reservation and invoice, and requests to complete arrival and departure information for an upcoming stay. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Opting in

You receive messages only if you request a sign-in link by entering your mobile number at casakimball.com/login, if you provide your mobile number and check the consent box when reserving at casakimball.com/book, or if the holder of a reservation you are joining asks us to send you your personal link to complete stay details. Invitation messages are sent once, identify who invited you, and stop immediately if you reply STOP.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and is low — typically a handful of messages per reservation, and sign-in links only when you request one.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Casa Kimball does not charge for text messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel and receive no further texts. After you opt out, we may send one final message confirming the opt-out. You can opt back in by requesting a new sign-in link.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
