What a stay costs
One rate covers the whole house: all eight bedrooms, the pool, the shoreline, and the team that runs it, chef included. It sleeps up to twenty, not counting children under four, and the nightly rate is the same whether you bring six people or twenty.
Nightly rates
For the whole villa, in U.S. dollars. Stays run 4 nights or longer, and the calendar opens 7 days out.
Every stay adds
- The meal plan: $95 per adult and $45 per child (4 to 11) each day; little ones under four eat free. Three meals a day and an afternoon snack, cooked around what your group likes.
- A 12% gratuity on the rental, shared among the staff.
- A $2,500 security deposit, returned within 7 business days after you leave — or put toward incidentals at the house, with the rest returned.
Already included
- Your private chef and sous chef, and the house’s full staff.
- A day at Playa Grande, with taxis there and back.
- Round-trip airport transfers for one group on the same itinerary.
Just the personal extras cost more: spa treatments, excursions, alcohol beyond the starter bar, anything you add along the way.
A week, worked out
7 nights in March for 12 adults, priced the way the booking page prices it:
That’s about $655 per adult per night, before the deposit comes back.
Paying, and if plans change
Nothing is charged to ask for dates: we hold them for 72 hours while we go over the details with you. Once we confirm your stay, half of the rental fee is due within 7 days of confirmation and the balance 30 days before you arrive — or the whole stay within 5 days of confirmation, if we confirm inside those 30 days. Payment is by wire transfer, in U.S. dollars.
Once your stay is confirmed, what you’ve paid is committed to it. With 30 days’ notice, 90% of it becomes credit toward a stay within a year, and the security deposit always comes back in full. If a border closure or something else outside anyone’s control keeps you away, we refund 100% when you cancel 30 or more days before arrival, 95% at 20 to 29 days, and 90% inside 20 days. If the house can’t host you, you’re refunded in full. The rental agreement has the full terms.
